Our service team is headed by Service Manager, Peter Polatos, who proudly has over 15 years of experience with the Hyundai brand and leads a workshop of factory-trained technicians. Peter is supported by Assistant Service Manager, Andrew Burnett. Andrew also has over 15 years of experience with Hyundai vehicles.  

As an authorised Hyundai dealer, we have the latest computerised diagnostic equipment. This equipment, along with our Hyundai factory trained technicians and the use of only genuine parts ensures that your Hyundai is in the best possible hands.

We understand that many of our customers are busy and time poor, so waiting for your Hyundai to be serviced can take up valuable time. This is why we offer a ‘no cost’ courtesy service to drop-off and pick-up our customers anywhere within the Penrith area. 

Alternatively, if you need to be somewhere outside of Penrith, we have loan cars available for a very competitive rate of $33.00 per day that need to be booked when organising your service. Our tradies are not forgotten either. For customers that have iLoad vans in for servicing, we offer the use of our loan van, free of charge for the day to keep your business moving from Monday to Friday*.

Is your car due for a service, or have you been putting off a repair due to other payment commitments? We understand that unexpected expenses can push your cars servicing needs back, however it is important to keep up-to-date with servicing to ensure that your car is safe, reliable and performs to the best of its ability.

Sinclair Hyundai have teamed up with Openpay, offering customers a new way to pay for car servicing and repairs - interest free over a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month period.

 

What is Openpay?

Openpay is a short term interest free payment plan for customers, allowing purchases to be spread over a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month period.

Openpay enables you to undertake your regular car servicing and repairs, as well as have the accessories you want straight away, allowing you to make smaller, manageable payments, rather than paying the full amount upfront.

What Do I Need To Provide To Set It Up?

We simply need your driver’s licence, Visa or MasterCard, debit or credit card and your contact details.

 

What Is The Initial Payment?

Your first payment is 20% of the purchase price plus a $2.50 processing fee. If the purchase amount is more than $1,000 a once-off establishment fee of $12 also applies. The remaining costs are spread across smaller payments.

 

Are There Any Ongoing Costs?

No customer fees are applicable on payment plans of 2 months. A processing fee per payment of up to $3.95 is applicable on all plans of 3 months or longer, where payment is made by card.  An establishment fee of up to $75 applies to all approved Open Plus Plans. This fee varies at each merchant, ask your participating merchant for full details.

 

How Will You Communicate With Me?

Within an hour of taking out an Openpay Plan, you will receive an email which confirms your payment schedule and plan details. At any time, you can call the Openpay head office on 03 9009 7256 to make any changes to your plan.

 

Do You Perform A Credit Check?

If your purchase amount is more than $1,000 an instantaneous credit check is performed that will give you an immediate response.

 

How Flexible Are The Payment Terms?

You are in control and can select your payment plan preferences including:

  • Frequency: weekly or fortnightly repayments

  • Duration: 3, 6 or 12 months (for purchase amounts less than $1,000) 

  • Duration: 3, 6, 9 or 12 months (for purchase amounts of $1,000 or more)

  • Start date: you can choose the date you would like to start the repayments within a 30 day period
